Churchtown hosts tours and half-day farm visits for student groups from schools and educational programs throughout New York State.
We offer tailored visits for students based on age range, class size, and curriculum focus. Join us for a 90 minute farm tour (ideal for local groups) or a half-day visits (often best for schools traveling from NYC) that include activities such as story time, scavenger hunts, livestock observation or ecology walks, depending on the needs and interests of the group.
Visits include a nutritious snack prepared with food from the farm and our neighboring producers.
The School Visits program is offered to educational institutions free of charge.
