Film Screening with Farm Hub

How do farming and wildlife co-exist in today’s landscape? Join Churchtown Dairy and the Hudson Valley Farm Hub as they present a public screening of two films that explore this question: “Farmscape Ecology” and “The Wonder of the Bobolink”.

“Farmscape Ecology” highlights the work of our Applied Farmscape Ecology Program, including the projects led by research partners in the Applied Farmscape Ecology Research Collaborative that explore harmony between farming and wildlife. Filmed and produced by Oceans 8.

“The Wonder of the Bobolink” follows Noah Perlut and his team of researchers as they begin tracking individual birds and following their migration patterns to better understand their movements. Filmed and produced by Oceans 8.

After the screening, we'll host a moderated panel discussion and Q&A with Anne Bloomfield (Applied Farmscape Ecology Program Manager), Jenny Linger (Vegetable Production Co-Manager) and Jon Bowermaster (Oceans 8).

A Churchtown cheeseboard and light refreshments will be served.

Tickets are FREE but seating is limited. Attendees must reserve a ticket HERE.
