We're thrilled to host an evening of natural wine and cheese at the dairy. Enjoy a special selection of wines from the folks at Grapefruit Wines in Hudson, NY paired thoughtfully alongside the four cheeses that we make on the farm.

Grace will lead the group in conversation about the alternative methods used in natural wine production in various regions and its many parallels to the work done at Churchtown. As we taste, we'll cover the basics of style, flavor profile, and pairing techniques.
